ملخص مشكلتي وغيري بالمئات هنا نحن اللاجئين العراقيين في سوريا والذين تمت مقابلتهم من قبل وفد هيئة المحلفين من امريكا على امل الموافقة على اعادة التوطين في امريكا منذ العام 2009 .. نحن الذين توجهنا الى الدول العربية المجاوره ومنها سوريا بعد الاحداث الدموية والطائفية التي حدثت في بغداد في الاعوام 2006 و 2007 وان الاجراءات جميعا قد استكملت وعلى امل السفر الا انه في العام 2011 وجدنا اجراء جديد وهو التشييك الامني وهذا الاجراء عطل السفر وليس معروف السقف الزمني لذلك.
هنا نتسائل الى متى الانتظار واتحدى اي انسان ينتظر سنوات لموضوع يتعلق بحياته ومصيره وعائلته وخاصة ان الظروف هنا في سوريا غير معروفة العواقب ونحن نعيش تحت خط الفقر حيث لاعمل وسكن سيء جدا وظروف سيئه ونحن مهددون الان اكثر من اي وقت مضى .. الا يجب على المنظمات الانسانية بما فيها منظمة الهجرة الدوليه ان تجد لنا حل مناسب لانقاذنا واطفالنا من الظروف التي تحيط بنا من كل جانب هنا من جوع وخوف واظطراب نفسي وصحي ..

I am from the Iraqi refugees in Syria, which were accepted our files in the International Organization for Migration (IOM) resettlement to the United States has been completed all the procedures of settlement of interviews and medical examination and flight cycles .. etc.. We are waiting for travel arrangements for a very long and was accompanied by a wait of material damage and psychological eventually led to our loss of hope to resolve urgent problems, especially since the circumstances in which we live now is more serious on us and our families from the areas of safety and the circumstances of economic crisis for the country. We are now more than ever we doubt the credibility of the international Organization for Migration to conduct an urgent solution for us and we are by virtue of forgotten because is not logical and reasonable to wait indefinitely …
The name of humanity which your organization was established for it appeal to you that you will find us a suitable solution and fast and return to convert our files to other countries to accept the resettlement of many to restore hope to our souls that we are part of this world and we have the right to life free and happy.

لكي اوضح لهم حال اللاجيء العراقي لانهم مستحيل يعرفون معاناته لانهم خلف المكاتب فقط

they informed me to travel to usa in 15/3/2011
and now there is nothing ,there is 5 month
Why the iom put us in difficult circumstances
now my family living in small room waiting while within these days i lost my little job in unarwa

احنا عائلة متكونة من اربعة افراد قدمنا طلب اللجوء الى الولايات المتحدة لمنظمة اللجوء في مصر من سنة 2008 ولحد الان ولا اعرف سبب التاخير وقد اكمل ابني دراسته في المدرسة ولم يلتحق باي جامعة على امل ان يسافر الى امريكا ليكمل دراسته وهو حاليا في البيت وقد خسر سنة من عمره وهو بحالة نفسية مؤسفة وبدون سبب ارجو توضيح الامور لنا لنقرر كيف نخطط لمستقبل اولادنا……..

السلام عليكم اني مواطن عراقي من سكنة بغداد عملت مدة خمسة سنوات من سنة 2006 لغاية 2010 في شركة برطانية لادارة الاخطارالامنية وتهددت اكثر من مرة والتهديد الاخير سنة 2010جعلني اترك العمل وانا الان مطارد من قبل مليشيات مسلحة تريد قتلي حيث يتهمونني بلجاسوس والخائن ولااعرف اين اذهب انا وعائلتي فانا متزوج ولي ثلاث اطفال .انتظر اجابتكم بفارغ الصبر .

I’m Humam Mohammed Al-Attar, I’ve been in Syria since 2006, I’ve been completed the USCIS Interview and been accepted in the date 24/11/2010, my family: (Mother and Sister) interviewed with me but they are have a different case file, they left to the Sates in 5/5/2001, and I’ve been told to wait for the Security Check in maximum 6 months, me, my wife, and kids are now waiting to that security check for 1 year. Its getting harder and harder to us, and every time I check with the IOM office they keep telling me to wait, could you help us please.. we can’t help it any more, and we can’t go back to Iraq.

انا لاجئ عراقي مقيم في سوريا منذ عام 2006 ولحد الان
غادرت العراق لاسباب عديدة واهمها تعرض حياتي وعلتي للقتل
وقد اكملنا مقابلة الوفد الامريكي في 21\2\2011 واكملنا الفحوصات الطبية لمرتين بعد انتهائها والان ننتظر الموافقة الامنية التي لانعرف متى تتم
نناشد الحوكمة الامريكية بأن تستجعل اجراءات السفر الخاصة بالعراقيين المقيمين في سوريا خصوصا لان نعيش ضروف صعبة جدا من غلاء المعيشة وفقدان حالة الامن السابقة
مما يجعلنا جمعيا في حاله نفسية صعبة جدا داخل وخارج المنزل
وبدا اطفالنا يشعرون بالملل والكأبة بسبب الظروف التي نعيشها
نناشد الحكومة الامريكية بما فيها من روح للانسانية العظيمة بأن تستعجل بعملية اجراءات السفر رجاءا رجاءا رجاءا
كما اود ان اضيف بأن تتم مساعدتنا بصرف مبالغ نقدية شهرية من الحكومة الامريكية كرواتب كحد أدنى 100دولار للفرد لكي نستطيع العيش بكرامة ……..مع الشكر والتقدير

Iraqis who were hand ,leg,tongue,ear,eyes…. everything for USarmy in operation Iraqi freedom,they worked day and night to keep US soldiers safe but they are almost about regret for what they have done,because USG ignored them like they never known those people..they went back to their country and made hell for those people in iraq..

انا اعيش في الاردن وتمت موافقتي واعطائي موعدين سفر قبل سنة وكم شهر وتم تاجيلي ولحد الان انا مؤجلة وانا لي 3سنوات انتظر الموافقة الامنية ارجوكم ان تنظرو الينا وخاصة نحن المؤجلين ونحن من سنة 2009 ننتظر ونحن نعاني كثيرا وظروفنا صعبة ولي 4اطفال

أطيب تحية
بعد رحلتنا الطويلة من أجل التوطين في الولايات المتحدة الأميركية التي عمرها أكثر من خمس سنوات.. لطالما نتساءل أنا وعائلتي ومن هو حاله مثل حالنا:
تم قبولنا على التوطين منذ العام 2008 بعد رحلة طويلة من الوقوف بالطوابير الطويلة (في الشتاء البارد والصيف الحار) لمدة قد تتجاوز الست ساعات أو أكثر…
وتم قبولنا في العام 2009 على الوفد الأميركي، ومنذ ذلك اليوم ونحن في سلسلة مراجعات ما بين مقابلة وأخرى وفحص طبي وإعادته..
ومنذ العام 2010 ونحن في انتظار “الموافقة الأمنية”!!!! التي تأبى أن تنتهي لتنهي سنوات قاسية بكل شيء بدأت منذ 1999 (سنة هربنا من العراق).. ومنذ ذلك التاريخ ونحن نخسر اجتماعياً واقتصادياً وعلمياً وحياتياً وما زلنا….
ومنذ العام 2011 والأوضاع الأمنية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية في سوريا تشهد اضطراباً، والدماء تسيل في أكثر من مكان،.. ونحن ما زلنا على وضعنا البائس والمخيف… لا سيما وإن الجماعات المسلحة أسقطت موقف الحكومة العراقية من الأزمة السورية “سلبياً” على اللاجئين العراقيين…
ومنذ 2011 ونحن نسأل الهجرة الدولية في سوريا، ونخاطبكم أنتم (المكتب الإقليمي – الهجرة الدولية في عمان) بريدياً والإجابات كما هي.. “الانتظار”.. وأي انتظار، إنه الانتظار المطلق دون حدود، وكأن أعمارنا دون حدود!!!
نتساءل: هل هي قضية لاجئين يكابدون الحياة هماً وغماً وألماً وحاجة وخوفاً أم إن قضيتنا شيء آخر… أم إننا لاجئون من نوع آخر… إذن أي قدر أسود هذا؟؟!!

Please, just i want to know: really you don’t feel our suffering??? or if the united states don’t want to accept us any more, transfer our case to other countries, like what happened to many cases, really what is happenning is not logical at all, do we have to remind you about our suffer in iraq, what did and what do we see here in syria and what will we see in the usa, really enough..
but it seems that all intend to humiliate the iraqi’s,
last thing to say and ask the iom to translate it to the american’s (حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل بكم جميعا )

i am an iraqi that lost every thing
me and my family got approval security check and we got travel date in 2011 – feb
and then we became on step zero for new security checks
and every thing is expired
so me and my brother decided to escape to jordan
cause we can stay in baghdad any more
and such is a lot of iraqis
they just tolerate the bad times hoping that IOM well call them tommorw
so they wait for another day
i seek help
i applied in 2009 in april into iom baghdad

For every one can help ;
I am suffering from Spastic quadriplegia and my younger brother suffering from psychosis chronic (schizophrenia) , we came to Egypt since 2006 because we are threatened us with death with my father and my mother and my elder sister who was taking care of us , then we have applied for resettlement in America which is acceptance of all
but my sister fell ill with cancer and she needed for urgent surgery, before that our cases were linked as a strong linkage but we made our cases weak linkage to speed up my sister’s procedures for resettlement in America and thankfully she traveled almost eight months ago with my parents. The big problem is that I and my brother who suffers from schizophrenia are staying alone here in Egypt for a long time because of the long security checking and we desperately need someone taking care of us. Each day of staying here increases our suffering more and more.

Dear Everyone that is making efforts to make our voices heard :
we are a family in Iraq we had been applied for Refugee Status With The IOM since 2009 and we repeated everything from re-interviews and repeated also the medical checks and also as the IOM told us we have to repeat the security checks also.
not to mention we are in a security threat in Iraq and we fled to a lot of places and governorates in Iraq.
and we provide the IOM with all the informations but still no active movement from their side
hopefully and maybe your help and assistance to make our voices heard to pay attention to this humanitarian problems and to expedite and fasten the long procedures and the long waiting time (not to mention waiting and repeating…..then waiting and repeating again)

We need to deliver the voice to anybody can help the Iraqi people worked with US forces in Iraq to end our suffering cause the security situation is very dangerous here in Baghdad
Here In Baghdad, I subjected may times to serious threat by killing by armed groups cause my previous job with American forces in Iraq
When I decided to work with US forces in Iraq I was believed with Lofty goals of American government of liberation Iraq from dictatorship but now I feel that America do not estimate extent of the risk and the dangerous situation I am facing it by Militias and armed groups whose want to get a revenge from people cooperated with US army in Iraq. I need to depart Iraq In nearest date cause I may be killed at any time. I am writing this message to you and I do not know if you can help me or not but I trying to delivery of voice to anybody I think he/she can help me cause I can not wait the security check routine more cause the security situation here in Baghdad is very hard for me.

It is supposed to like me and I do not wait that long
… We put our lives were in danger because we helped U.S. forces
We worked with them and now you say your files in security checking
We do not need to security checking

Of my suffering
I had a barber shop, but now just a factor because I’ve sold the shop
Because they give me time travel
And also I have a car I sold it is the other
As you know that the work is not like before
… The prices are high
I am responsible for the family consisting of 9 members
All this because of the wait
And how long will I wait
Do I wait more than three years that have passed

اهم مشكلة لدى العراقيين الان هوانتظار الامنية وما تأخذه من وقت طويل و غير معلوم وعليه تترتب لدينا حالة من الجزع وملل للانتظار والاهم من ذلك الهم الذي يحمله ارباب الاسر من توفير لقمة شريفة وكافية لافراد عائلته نظرا لاستنزاف مدخراتنا!!!!؟؟؟؟

السلام عليكم انا لاجىء عراقي من سوريا اكملت جميع اجرائاتي من مقابلات وفحص طبي واستلمت الموافقة في 22/11/2010 ومن ذلك التاريخ وانا انتظر الموافقة الامنية التي طال انتظارها على الرغم اني صاحب عائلة ولدي ثلاثة اطفال وكلهم امراض حيث ابنتي وزوجتي حالتهم النفسيه مدمرة بسب الاوضاع التي تمر بها البلد وانتم تعرفون ضروف سوريا حاليا وما تمر به من مشاكل سياسيه ولا اريد ان اذكر الكثير وانتم اعرف مني بذلك لا اريد الاطالة نحن نتعرض الى مضايقات عدة ونريد الاسراع بتمشية ملفاتنا العالقة من 2010 ولحد الان ونريد السفر باسرع وقت ممكن وعذرا اذا طال موضوع سفرنا اكثر من ذلك فاكثر الاخوة اللاجئين ينوون الرجوع الى العراق وبفترة العطلة الصيفية القادمة اي بعد انتهاء مدارس اولادهم وانا سمعت من الكثيرين من الاصدقاء ارجو ان ياخذ طلبي هذا بعين الاعتبار ولكم جزيل الشكر لتعاونكم معنا

We hope that Iraqi refugees are living in peace with our children in a safe country
Would be futile, but no one hears us no one will help us we are waiting for years to solve our issues outstanding
We are stuck in Egypt, no one to help us since 2010, why wait? Nothing but wait on the long-term
Become our cause all the hallmarks of an expired, medical examination, security clearance, and when we go on to say the International Organization for Migration (IOM) have still a nightmare under the security clearance
Now our life has been kidnapped at risk, and we can not return to Iraq because of our dealings with you, we only traitors to terrorist groups and we have lost our loved ones and we have no hope in life. Please help us
We suffer and suffer and we can not wait any longer

الى متى هذا العذاب ؟؟ الى متى هذه المعاناة ؟؟ الى متى هذه الحرب النفسيه ؟؟ هربنا من حرب لنجد نفسنا في بلد حرب اخر .. “” نحن اللاجئين العراقيين في سوريا “” نحن نشهد كل يوم ضروف صعبه .. وننجو من الموت باعجوبه .. واولادنا يعتقلون وانتم تعلمون !!!!!! ورغم هذا لاتحركون ساكناً !!!!! الى متى !!!!!!!!!!

We are Iraqi refugees… those who have been accepted in our files of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) to travel to America and the completion of all measures except for security clearances… We are waiting for a long time to get approval, and we who want to live in America, a symbol of science, culture and freedom, and we prefer America to the rest of the world… Is it reasonable to wait indefinitely? Why not try the completion of our files in accordance with the time frame specified time.. Or that our subject is not important because we live today, the worst cases, psychological and pose a threat to our lives and the lives of our children, and more than ever. Or are we alone in this world and we written that we live miserable and homeless. Or what do you think… Is it not your duty to the end of the moral and human suffering, whether to accept resettlement in the United States or reject the settlement and be more merciful than the long wait, which we do not see the end of him .. Please treat us as human beings like the rest of the people to keep America’s image before the world a good and credible in dealing with human rights
Finally we would like to say thank you to all who seek to help us, and reduces our suffering

السلام عليكم ان لاجىء عراقي في سوريا وقد تم توطيني امريكا منذ عام 2010 وقد اكملت جميع الاجراءات من مقابلات وفحص طبي واستلام الظرف في 22/11/2010 وتم اعادة الفحص الطبيفي شهر 12/2011 ولحد الان انتظر الامنية التي طال انتظارها رغم اني اعيش في ظروف سيئة جدا هنا في سوريا لان الوضع العام في هذا البلد تعبان جدا من معيشة الى اوضاع سيئة جدا ونحن نتعرض كل يوم الى ظروف ماساوية لا اريد ان اتكلم الكثير انتم تعرفون ماذا يجري في هذا البلد ؟؟ انا صاحب عائلة مكونة من زوجة تعاني من امراض نفسية وثلاثة اطفال تعاني ايظا البنت الكبيرة من امراض نفسية وحسب تقرير دكتور الهجرة الدولية في سوريا وايظا انا مهيأ الى عملية جراحية في امريكا وحسب تقرير دكتور الهجرة الدولية ايظا / انا اناشدكم باسم الانسانية ان تسرعو في ملفي لان ظروفي في هذا البلد جدا تعبانة وارجو منكم المساعدة العاجلة ولكم جزيل الشكر

Hello My name is Saad No. cases 109544 I was working with U.S. forces as an interpreter in iraq I applied for the request of the migration by the IOM since 2008 and finished an interview jury last year in May and iam still waiting for security check please help me You do not know how much my life is difficult here in iraq thanks

Wish you a good a day ,
I am Iraqi citizen 36 years old married and have two girls (10,6)years old and two boys (4,2)years old ,we are now in Malaysia waiting our security check because we applied for the IOM program since 2010.
I worked with the US Army since 2003 to more than two years my job was to supply all the soldiers need at the units and I opened many stores in different units and the main store was in BIAP (Baghdad International Airport) also I did many contracts with the ARMY contract office to deliver and build many projects one of these projects was the Freedom Rest at 2004 this project was one of the most projects which made the US government proud of what can the US ARMY and the Iraqi people could done .
I faced many difficulties since that time because as everybody know when someone work with the US ARMY he is in danger and he will be hunted soon by the terrorists , They killed my father ,youngest brother ,attempted to kill my big brother which caused a many bone fractures and he is barely could walk now and they kidnapped me and they used all the painful ways to torched me after all that I left everything my house , factory , showroom ,company and all our life in Baghdad and we left to the north of Iraq which later we faced the same destiny but in a different kind which lead us to left Iraq and we came to Malaysia to apply to the program of IOM to be settled in the United State Of America .
We have all the recommendations and the required documents and we did all what they asked us to do , but we stacked in the security check ,and the worse thing know there is some Iraqi people tried to kill me in Malaysia and I went to the IOM office and they informed me that there is nothing they could do to us and know we are scared that they will kill me or one of my kids as they tried before to my oldest daughter .
We hope that you could help us to reach a safe place to our kids , we wish to be treated like humans ,we need a new home to our kids to grow up in peace .
We hope to see tomorrow in the USA because we paid our part and we left everything just because we believed in your thought and we want to be free and could live again .

me with my familly get decision regarding our application for refugeestatus in u.s a deferred in 22 Nov 2010 by iom office in syria,damascs.
so we do all things they ask us to do but we stay wait for the final decision on my application and no one in the iom office told us what hapened in our case .
pls i need your help to know what i do because our staying in syria very bad and dengeruas because you know what happen here.
i have 3 children (maryam 11years,fatima 9 years & mohammad 4 years)and my wife fatin mohammad.

مرحبا
انا لاجيء عراقي من العام 2006 وحصلت على صفة اللجوء بنفس العام وتمت الموافقة على اعادة توطيني مع عائلتي المكونه من 11 شخص بين طفل صغير ورجل مسن الى امريكا عام 2008 واكملت جميع الاجراءات وتمت مقابلة المحلفين ومنذ 2008 ونحن ننتظر بفارغ الصبر مع الكثير من اللاجئين العراقيين خارج العراق دون اي بارقة امل تنقذنا من هذا النفق المظلم الذي لانرى له نهاية قريبة وكل فترة يفاجئوننا بشيء جديد يزيد من معاناتنا والان الكل ينتظر الموافقة الامنية ..هل من المعقول 4 سنوات لاتكفي لاجراء بسيط هو مايسمى بالتشييك الامني ..

اني مواطن عراقي تقدمت بطلب اللجوء الى المنظمة الدولية في سوريا بتاريخ 10/3/2009اعيش انا وعائلتي المتكونة من زوجة وطفلان واخي الاكبر ولة زوجة وطفل واخي الاصغر.غادرنا العراق لكثرة الاحداث التي مررنا بها نحن وكثير من العراقيين ومنها مقتل ابن خالتي في مدينة الشعب في ليلة انتهاء حكم النظام السابق ومقتل اخي ايضا في مدينة الشعب في ششهر10/من عام2003على ايدي جماعة مسلحة مجهولة مما تسبب لي في صدمة رافقها داء السكري ومقتل ابن خالتي في منطقة المنصور قرب تمثال ابوجعفر المنصورفي شهر تموز من عام2007وغيرها من الاحداث التي اظطرتنا الى مغادرة العراق والاسوء من ذلك الاوضاع المعيشية والامنية في استياء وخطورة على حياة الكثير من الناس ومنهم العراقيين ودليلا على ذلك تعرض اخي الاكبر لحادث تسليب في منطقة السيدة زينب وضربة بالسكاكين في وجهه ورقبته ويده وقطع في اوتار اليد مما ادى الى توقف اصبع السبابه عن الحركة وذلك بتاريخ 17/3/2012وقد قمنا بابلاغ المفوضية ولحد هذة اللحظة لم يتم الاتصال بنا ولا نعلم ماهو مصيرنا وما الذي ينتظرنا سائلين الله لنا ولكم التوفيق

I am an Iraqi citizen suffer from terrorism, because I worked with the U.S. military
But my fear most is not on myself but on my kids my 7years old son in primary school
and my fear they kidnapping him out of school and I’m not the only, but there are thousands
who worked in with the U.S. military has not been traveling ,i apply to iom years ago
and so far did not specify an interview, or contact me just give me a case number,
and now years ago, and I still wait, my life and the lives of my children at risk
the action is slow and our life in dangerous in Iraq, every day there
are bombings, killings and safety our non-existent
my hope is to help us in delivering our message to the interested and I write
every day in the hope that you read my message
